Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after purchase. In exceptional cases, this will be mentioned in the product description.
Switzerland
- Costs for orders from CHF 100: free shipping
- Costs for small parcels (e.g. socks & straps): CHF 4
- Costs for standard parcels (e.g. T-shirts): CHF 7.90
- Delivery time: approx. 2-3 working days
- Returns: costs for return shipment to be paid by customer
International
- Costs for small international parcels (e.g. socks & straps): CHF 12
- Costs for standard international parcels (e.g. T-shirts): CHF 18
- Delivery time: approx. 10 working days
- Returns: costs for return shipment to be paid by customer
Customs fees
Customs duties are not included in the delivery cost. Depending on the destination country, additional import charges may apply.
Returns
Would you like to return or exchange a product? Please send us an email to salut@bande-de-cyclistes.com with your order and item number to get the return instructions.
Please make sure that you handle the products with care. Important to know: After the 30-days period, the sale is confirmed and cannot be returned.
